How to participate
To participate in auctions, bidders must be logged in and meet the minimum bid requirements. Here's how it works:
- To see if an auction is currently live, visit the designer's drop page and click on the piece that is currently live for auction.
- Simply click the 'Place Bid' button from the auction page. If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so.
- Keep in mind that bids cannot be canceled once placed. You can easily monitor the progress of your bids by visiting your Account Settings and checking the 'Order History' section.

What happens after placing a bid
Once your bid has been successfully submitted, we'll promptly send you an email notification. We'll also keep you informed if you've been outbid. Please remember that any rebid must be at least 5% higher than the current highest bid.
What happens if you don't win the auction
If you're not the winning bidder, you'll receive an email notification. To review the auction's status, you can also check your Order History within your Account Settings.
What happens if you win the auction
If you're the highest bidder, SYKY will send you an email notification. For physical items won, we'll request your mailing address via email. Any digital items won will shortly become available in your Collections for you to curate.
Auction End Time
In the event of a new bid received within the last 10 minutes of a live auction, we'll automatically extend the auction time by an additional 30 minutes. This ensures a fair opportunity for everyone to participate.
